Mr. Mastan, comes with over 30 years of Grass-root to Senior Executive level IT industry experience, with in-depth knowledge on Oracle Products and Technologies, especially Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Database, and Oracle Fusion Middleware, playing roles ranging from Principal Consultant, Solution and Technical Architect to Delivery Head.
Mr. Mastan has wide international exposure, mainly in European and Middle Eastern regions like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, UK, France, Iceland, Singapore, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, etc.
Mr. Mastan has a strong expertise in leading large and global business transformation and technology delivery programs, spanning across industries like Oil & Gas, Government, Banking and Financial Services, Automobile, Telecommunication, to name a few.
Prior to his success launching eTranBiz, Mr. Mastan was a Technical Consulting Director with Oracle SSI, where he served as the top level consultant for numerous mission critical projects for large corporations and Government entities.
Mr. Hussain Miya Sab comes with a diverse background accrued over 50 years as an Entrepreneur, Educationist, and Community Leader, greatly involved in many different sectors such as NGO / NPO, Cinema, Agriculture, and Education, among others.
In eTranBiz, Mr. Hussain provides strategic guidance and helps make key business decisions. He is heading the Corporate Social Responsibilities initiatives for eTranBiz and has headed multiple programmes involving funding schools and education in villages across Karnataka, India., providing free health check ups and treatment for the disadvantaged in various villages and towns in Karnataka, India., to name a few.
Mr. Hussain has been involved in the entire journey of eTranBiz from inception and has played a vital role in shaping the company to its present state. He has been pivotal in directing the vision and the voice of eTranBiz Global Technologies.
Mr. Viswanath has been an integral part of eTranBiz Global Technologies since its inception, when it was known as OraTalents Solutions and Services in 2010.
Mr. Viswanath currently heads the Practices Unit, responsible for monitoring the team's capabilities, proficiency, efficiency, setting the quality baseline, and acting as the primary lead/supervisor for majority of the projects and accounts. He has played a pivotal role in the success of some of our major projects in servicing major national and international clients in partnership with eTranBiz.
Mr. Viswanath is a skilled executive leader, with over 12 years of enterprise software and proven leadership experience. With his strong track record of providing high-quality service to global customers, he has been recognized for his strong mastery on Oracle software.
Mr. Jayaram serves as the Head of Finance and has been since the company's inception as OraTalents Solutions and Services. He holds responsibility for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, accounting, revenue management, global treasury and taxation, audit, and payroll.
Mr. Jayaram utilizes his vast exposure in the Finance and Accounting sector and enforces methodologies that help the organization attain Financial stability and security. He is involved in reinvesting revenue and profits generated by the organization to help attain and maintain Financial stability and security.
Ms. Ashwini has been a key player in some of our larger projects, handling mission-critical deliverables. She comes from a diverse background of over 12 years of switching between IT services and freelance technical writing to balance her personal and professional life. She has 6 years of IT experience working with international customers across various industries such as Telecommunication, Media Houses, Banking and Financial Services, Public Sector, Manufacturing, etc. She has been instrumental in the team’s ability to deliver projects ahead of schedule while maintaining quality standards.
As the Lead for Enterprise Applications Technology Stream, Mrs. Ashwini is responsible for defining the growth and career development plans for her team of consultants. She primarily works on Cloud Solutions such as Oracle Fusion Applications, and Oracle APEX Developments, but has a well-defined history of working with On-Premises ERP Solutions as well such as Oracle eBusiness Suite.
Mr. Mabosubhan began his ERP journey in eTranBiz 5 years ago in 2017 and over the years has sharpened his skills to an expert level. He is especially proficient in Support projects having gained vast amount of knowledge working for various Banking customers. He primarily works on Oracle eBusiness Suite deployed On-Premises and has accrued a vast amount of knowledge both in the Technical and the Functional Stream of Human Resources.
Mr. Mabosubhan being the Lead - Enterprise Applications Technology Stream, works strictly in developing capabilities and skills in his junior employees and team. His vast exposure over the years have helped him define and resolve various critical issues in a quick span of time.
Mr. Munir Ahmed started his career as a System Administrator, working in various IT consultancies for 3 years. He then joined eTranBiz Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. where he expanded his technical competence and accrued knowledge and training on Oracle Apps Database Administration and PeopleSoft Application Administration. Since then, he has been a highly valuable resource to the organization, leading the Database Administration Team and the Infrastructure Team, and overseeing over 15 projects across various service areas such as Oracle Database Upgrade, Oracle Database Support and Management, PeopleSoft Application Upgrade and Support, and Oracle eBusiness Suite Application and Database Support and Upgrade, to name a few.
Ms. Sumera has been in eTranBiz for over 4 years and has been one of the key figures in keeping the organizations day-to-day business operations up and running. She single handedly handles HR activities for all employees of the organization, while simultaneously overseeing Recruitment Initiatives with her team of Recruiters and Finance, Accounting, and reconciliation. With the extensive ownership and accountability over her work, she has performed and grown exceptionally well over the years.
Mr. Afroz has been in eTranBiz for over 2 years and has been involved in a wide array of subject areas such as Business Development, Company Website Design and Development, Project Co-ordination, and streamlining business processes such as HR onboarding, recruitment, utilization and deployment of intra-organization tools and products. With his past exposure in Business Development and Marketing, Mr. Afroz has been greatly involved in generating new partnerships, leads, and defining more result-oriented business processes.
